No. Whatever is in the pills is designed to motivate your hormones to give you more energy. Since EVERYTHING you eat or drink goes straight to your breast milk, your infant will ingest this. By reasoning, this product is NOT designed for breast-fed infants.
Since you are a nursing mother, you need rest to recover from pregnancy and delivery. It took 9 months for your body to get completely out of shape, so it will take at least that same amount of time get back in shape. Don't look at the movie stars for an example. What they do is extreme anyways and isn't healthy. Sleep when your child sleeps. That is what is supposed to happen during this time. Eat healthy foods - have more almonds and fresh fruit. This is what your brain needs for energy, and your baby will benefit.
