What is the best way to help you sleep without sleeping pills?!

Question: Drink warm milk before you go to sleep. Something happens to the milk when it is warmed up. It has worked for me but I also take Melatonin which takes a week to work but you dream a lot. It is supposed to be natural and I think it is for people like me who are older and do not make as much melatonian. Check it out and also talk to a doctor before taking any supplements. Good luck.

You said no pills, but Calm Forte' is good. They are pills, but they're all natural; none of that becoming addicted to them stuff. I take these every once in a while. You can get them at a health food store.

I use melatonin but it takes a few days to start working. It is something that our body produces naturally but some people do not produce enough. I also meditate sitting crosslegged on my bed. That always makes me sleepy. Don't watch t.v. before bedtime, don't exercise or do anything strenous right before bed. Although execising a few hours before bedtime is good. Read or something relaxing like listening to music. Cammomile tea. Warm milk.
