I take Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Started taking it years ago. It takes awhile for you to notice a difference. I think the bottle says 6 weeks or something. I take 2 pills per day now of the double strength and that does the trick for me. I used Osteo BiFlex for quite awhile and then decided to try the Target brand because it's cheaper. It seems to work equally as well. If I stop taking it for a couple of weeks I definitely start to feel the aches and pains again.

You should be able to tell within a week or two of taking it.
