not sure, my friend wears a magnetic bracelet and he says it works, but im not truly sure that really true
No. Placebo effect only. Magnets have no effect on the body whatosever. They're just a scam, preying on the gullible.
Probably not. Humans contain no magnetite in their bodies as do other animals, so the influence of magnetism is negligible. Even if there was an effect, the magnets commonly used in bracelets are too weak to make an impact.

My personal feeling is that your pain relief is psychological. If you are getting relief from it, or even think you're getting relief from it, that's okay. If it doesn't work sometime in your life, you may have to see a scoliosis specialist.
