Any nutritional supplement store will have it. You'll find it cheapest on the internet. A few good sites are:

You may be interested in phenibut too. This is a gaba analogue that passes through the blood/brain barrier easier. Be careful with any substance that has gabaergic action though as you can build tolerance over time.
Try GNC, or do a google search on the internet. GABA is pretty widely available.
