581 (Level 2) I've had restless leg syndrome since I was a young child. I've had chiropractic adjustments to the lumbar-sacral spine that helps temporarily. Walking or using a glider like the Gazelle will also help somewhat if you don't have spinal issues. Some other things to try:

*Massage creams containing capsicum, oil of wintergreen, and thyme.
*Natural Calm Plus - a magnesium supplement in powdered form with added calcium. I use this almost daily with good results. I have massage therapy clients that I recommend this too, also, who have reported back this works. If you have calcium in your diet, but not enough magnesium, you will have muscular problems and neuropathy (nerve pain sometimes in the feet). Natural Calm helps with neuropathy.

yes. calcium. pharmacies also have some over the counter solutions.

Could be due to a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin B6.

It might be a vitamin issue, like some said, you should try a multi-vitamin for a bit and see if it helps. Also i noticed when my legs feel restless sometimes like they feel uncomfy to me , I have tired doing a exercise like leg lifts and get them feeling like you ran that sometimes settles them down for me. Also for me at least i've noticed that even if i don't feel the urge to go to the bathroom i try anyway and turns out that was what caused the uncomfy-ness to me i know odd but hey one never knows.

Yes, it is easy to cure restless leg without going to a doctor. It is normally a magnesium deficiency in most cases.

As simply put, magnesium regulates muscle relaxation.

Take Magnesium Citrate on an empty stomach before going to bed.
Also increase Vitamin E intake. Try a natural vit. E supplement that has 400iu.
It takes up to three months for these supplements to work fully.

Start by taking 400 iu of vitamin e a day. Take 1-2 scoops a day of ionic fizz, it's a powder you mix with water and drink. It has calcium, magnesium and other minerals.

I usually take my vitamin e in the morning and the ionic fizz at night before I go to bed.

Try using Isotonix OPC-3 I have seen countless testamonials that have feel in love with this product because of what it did for there RLS. Go take a look for yourself. Just click on opc-3 on the top 10 products list and click customer reviews.
