Yep oatmeal baths, salves and stuff like that. There is one product that I use on my kids that works to protect the sore parts from exposure and rubbing on the clothing. It is called Super Soothing All Purpose Salve, I use it on the worst parts of the skin. It is all natural and scent free.

Just get one of those Eucerin type moisturizers, which will moisturize for 8 hours. They're greasy and gross, but do the trick. Lotion is useless, it only moisturizes for about 30 minutes.
oatmeal is good try filing a clean sock with oatmeal then run under warm water i,e bath, then just relax. hope that helps as my son has had it from birth and is now 7

There is no CURE, but there are ways to manage it.
Sesame oil rubbed on the affected ares has worked for my Eczema flare ups for 30+ years.

I work in dermatology and have for 10 years the best thing to treat eczema if you do not want a standard medical treatment of a mild cortisone for flares followed by a good moisturizer like cerave, or Eucerin makes an Eczema Care line..would be Tea tree oil products as well as Calendula products you can find in any whole foods or organic store.

take omega or flaxseed oil capsules you should see a difference in your skin within a month.
