If you are talking about hydrocodone, the 500mg is the amount of tylonal, not codiene. The first number, probably something like 5,7, or 10 is the amount of codiene. Likely you havnt taken enough to be dangerous, you probably just need to sleep it off.
I'm assuming this was not by accident? Drink plenty of water. You can also eat some activated charcoal to bind the hydro to prevent further absorption into your system. Keep moving to work the hydro out of your system. No coffee, just water and juice. Call your doctor or poison control if you feel worse or begin to bleed through the rectum or cough up blood or have seizures.
