Question: Hello every one, i was wondering about Cinnulin PF a cinnimon extract it is listed to help with blood sugar levels and helping the body to use insulin correctly does anyone have any knowledge of this. My body is insulin resistant and i am looking for something that is natural to help with this.

I have been taking Cinnulin PF for 2 years. It is safer than powdered cinnamon bark because cinnamon contains components that should not be taken in high doses. PF also is water and fat soluble so is fully utilized by the body and yes cinnamon is excellent to lower the blood sugar, take one or two a day. as for insulin resistance walking briskly 45 minutes a day forces the cells to take up glucose, overcoming inulin resistance to a high degree

What is wrong with using real cinnamon? You need one teaspoon daily. And if you are insulin resistant and are Type II diabetic, then you need to avoid products that have sugar - basically any wheat/sugar products, as wheat products convert to sugar.

1 teaspoon of cinnamon
lots of green beans and green vegetables
chromium picolinate
vitamin A,
magnesium
biotin 2 mg and pantothenic acid 1 time a day
fenugreek
L arginine
taurine
prickly pear
DHEA
B6
omega fatty acid
gymnema1,000mg daily-reduces fasting blood sugar in type 1&2 Takes 6 months to a year to get full effect.

These are some things you can try for blood sugar BUT you will need to monitor your sugar often.
