Kapur is the hindi word - In English it is Camphor.
It is good if it is in pure form.
It is good for cold/cough/headache.

One of the use is to warm a little coconut oil and put the powder of camphor to the oil, and apply it on the body.

Take a pinch of camphor and place it on the corner and tie a knot, inhale this and u will be free from cold/cough
