Restless legs?!

Question: Does anyone know of any home remedies to treat restless leg syndrome?

Answers: Does anyone know of any home remedies to treat restless leg syndrome?

I've had restless leg syndrome since I was a young child. I've had chiropractic adjustments to the lumbar-sacral spine that helps temporarily. Walking or using a glider like the Gazelle will also help somewhat if you don't have spinal issues. Some other things to try:

*Massage creams containing capsicum, oil of wintergreen, and thyme.
*Natural Calm Plus - a magnesium supplement in powdered form with added calcium. I use this almost daily with good results. I have massage therapy clients that I recommend this too, also, w ho have reported back this works. Check it out at this site: http://www.petergillham.com/

there is a homeopathic remedy by Hyland's called "Restful Legs". You can find it at a health food store and it works wonderfully. A good dose of magnesium powder every night would also be helpful.

I've heard that magnetic therapy works great, also that it may be connected to adrenal fatigue. Check it out at adrenalfatigue.org

Good Luck!

Besides dehydration it could also be due to too much caffeine or too much booze.

It could also be due to a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin B6.
