Question: I bought some ephedra dry stem and made tea. There was no stimulant effect. Did i do something wrong?

Tea? The ephedra that I got was in an enzyme mix, a liquid form, and it did have a stimulant effect. I know you can ephedra in pill form, too.

I think that your tea was just too weak to make a noticeable difference.
