What is a natural way to have more energy throughout the day?!

Question: I've taken caffiene pills and drank Red Bull and I really would like a healthier choice. I've built up a tolerance for everything else so it takes too much to keep me awake. I don't want to have a heart attack! I get plenty of sleep every night 12 a.m. to 730 a.m. and I eat healthy. I have low blood pressure (doctor can't find a reason or solution) so I think that's a factor in my fatigue. I just want more energy! Any suggestions?

Avoid caffeine and refined sugars. Take a good multi B supplement. Add a D supplement if you don't get much sun - Cod Liver Oil is good too.

Check for signs of adrenal fatigue, it is often missed and easily dealt with. See http://www.drrind.com/scorecardmatrix.as...

If it sounds like you have adrenal problems, get some good adrenal cortex and read more about other things to do to help. Had to do that for my son-in-law and he was AMAZED by the improvement in energy and alertness.

Zija! www.drinklife.com

Its 100% natural with over 90 nutrients. I have not seen anything like this before. Everyone that I love and care about drinks the drink.

I use to always suffer from fatigue until I started taking magnesium and vitamin D at bedtime and vitamin B complex in the morning. Manganese is also good.
Also eat healthy home cooked meals, avoid junk food, diet drinks and use sea salt instead of table salt.

B12 and B Complex

Please take a look at the website below to understand a little more; and good luck!

First thing when you wake up, do 20-40 minutes of yoga. It wakes up your whole body. I looove the feeling of energy in my spine after a yoga session. Cardio workouts have the same effect, and showering afterward before your day is fantastic. This is energy-productive in the long run, vs. natural tablets that only give you a boost for 2 hours.

Eat more natural foods and don't drink too much

Apples (believe it of not) wake you up more than coffee, prooven fact(so I've heard lol)
just try one for breakfast along with something smart and healthy

A women's or men's energy multivitamin every day might help. They contain extra B vitamins for energy.

b complex, vit c or ginseng (prob bein the best quick fix)

Good balanced diet.
Smaller more frequent meals.
Multiitamins.
Fish oil.
Moderate exercise.

Maca or CoQ10 400mg or both.
