I used to take them...a lady at my local herb store had me fill out a sheet on my symptoms and a bunch of other stuff. She used that to determine what blend to create for me, I'd been having some hormonal and emotional things going wrong for me.
The blend she gave me worked wonderfully. I wish I still lived there, I can't find anyone where I live now that can do it.

I have a $25 book from the Flower Essence Society. It covers the 38 Bach essences and at least as many more of the North American Ones. I know that Dr. Jean Hovfe uses the Rocky Mountain essences in her combinations for cats and dog.
