Safe herbals?!
Question: k besides pot....
not much i can take but anyone know any safe herbal teas/ home remedies or anti-bacterial cough drops (besides Bradosol) to clear up a narsty cold/tonsil infection?
I'm 31 weesk preggo, pretty much if you wouldn't give it to you kid or dog i cant take it...

Fresh Lemon, honey & garlic in hot water. Colloidal silver nose or throat spray. Echinacea root extract. Elderflower tea. Gargle and spit out warm Sage tea 2x daily. Drink Raspberry Leaf tea freely. Ester-C. All these are safe in pregnancy.
Your ob/gyn would be the best person to ask. Personally if I was preggo, I wouldn't take any herbals.
