I was told a couple of drops of canned milk into the ear would help that although I've never tried it. I'm assuming it was to cure an ear infection that was causing an earache, however my ear wasn't infected. I guess it's worth a try right?

Another possible solution could be something called an ear candle, these can be picked up at any health food store. They help by pulling unnecessary built-up earwax and by doing that they help to reduce the built pressure. Also ear drops that help to break up the wax can be an excellent addition to the ear candles. Any drops that contain garlic or if you could find a homeopathic formula these should help to alleviate your problem.

My husband uses sweet oil in his ears.
