I've never tried their kava (it's actually on my list for next month's order), but I've been buying from them for 4-5 years and have always been really happy with their other herbs. I don't really buy from anyone else anymore.
I would actually never buy any herbs online. My advice is to go to your nearest health food store and that way you can compare all the different brands, price, potency, etc... If you could stand it the liquid form would be your best bet because of the amount of absorbency received from this form. Your second best bet would be a liquid softgel. Kava tea could also be something you could look into or maybe a blend of different relaxing herbs such as valerian, hops, passionflower, and chamomile. Hope this helps.
