What exactly is salvia?!

Question: Where can I find some?

Answers: Where can I find some?

Salvia is a plant from the mint family.
There are many types of it that are used in the food industry.
I'm a chef and it is a plant I use in some foods.

There is one type of Salvia "Salvia Divinorum" it has a chemical compound known as "Salvinorin A", it is a hallucinogenic chem.

So you can actually get Salvia for cooking.
Just make sure you don't get the Sage plant or you'll be cooking with an hallucinogenic drug...

Good luck

It's spit... It's in your mouth lol....

ITS STUFF MADE BY SALIVARY GLANDS THAT STARTS DIGESTING FOOD WHEN IT ENTERS THE MOUTH.
UHH TRY SPITIN

It's a hallucinogen that comes from a plant, like a legal version of marijuana, and you can find some online.

Just go to: http://www.Salvia.md They have EVERYTHING related to Salvia including a forum where you can ask question to fellow users.

And if you are really afraid of Salvia, then I recommend Kratom: http://www.Kratom.md It's a lot better than cannabis, cocaine or even opium and it's perfectly legal and quite safe.

It's amazing how many ignorant people are so willing to give answers. I could see if you spelled it wrong them telling you that you're asking about saliva but you spelled it right and they still gave you stupid answers. Anyways, Saliva is a plant with hallucinogenic properties. It is green like weed but doesn't look similar and it is generally smoked to get high. It is still mostly legal in this country and you can buy it from certain places but it is easier to find on the internet. However I wouldn't recommend it, especially you being a girl and being more prone to anxiety than men (if you don't believe me look up the statistics of people that are on Xanax or Valium, they are mostly women). Don't even think it is a substitute for Marijuana it is not. The high is shorter, less enjoyable but way more intense and it can be one of the scariest experiences of your life! I especially wouldn't recommend it unless you have tried other hallucinogens first and really like that feeling of being out of your sane mind. Even if you have tried LSD Mushrooms, Ecstacy, ect. don't expect it to be anything like the others. Many people who have enjoyed other hallucinogens have tried Salvia thinking it would be just as good or pleasent and have been very disappointed. There is a reason why it is still legal because people have tried it and hated it and never touched it again. It can cause you to get the worst panic attack you have ever had in you life. My experience with it is that it feels like dieing. Read my other post about it because I don't feel like typing everything all over again. The link is below. Also check out erowid's page about it.

This site has a lot of info
http://www.sagewisdom.org/

It actually can be used in cooking without the narcotic hallucinogenic effect. And it can also be used in incense with out the narcotic effect. The salvia to burn at an incredibly high temp for you to actually become 'high'.

You can chew on it or eat it as well for the high, but it takes a lot. It is sort of like alcohol when you cook with it. It looses its narcotic properties during the cooking process.

Isn't it a drug?
