Yes I have done that many times, I have much experience with hot peppers because I love them and I eat them every day. It's because you ate it when your stomach was full or half full with food, and it can't digest right away. The best way to eat it is eat some food, then the habanero, then food, you want to sandwich it in your stomach, so it digests in your stomach. To stop the nausea and pressure eat bread and milk, ginger tea also works good.

MILK and MINTY STUFF and PICOT

dairy products cut the heat of spicy foods. The "spice" in hot peppers is actually an oil. Oil and water don't mix. Drinking too much water can make you nauseated and upset your electrolytes. Take a walk around the block to help move your system. And remember, next time, dairy.

do not drink milk that will only make it worse eat a piece of white bread that will help absorb
