What are the best supplements for improving memory/concentration?!

Question: I'm a student and recently I've been finding it extremely hard to concentrate on my work, take it in and remember it all! Perhaps it's because there is a lot of other stuff going on in my life, I don't know. I'm really easily distracted and it's starting to get really frustrating. I guess I need to work on my self-discipline as well, but anyway... Has anyone used any supplements, herbal or otherwise, that have worked to improve their memory and/or concentration? Please don't just direct me to some website, I want to hear from people's experiences! Thanks.

Get down to the gym., when you feel your brain is reaching over- load. It really is a great stress buster and at the end of an exercise session you will feel greatly mentally refreshed and more able to absorb & retain knowledge. Dont always rely on quack pills & potions to solve all ailments, physical or mental although you will be inundated with all sorts of remedies ranging from omege 3 oils to boiled ears of the fruit bat.

Omega three fish oil has been proven to help concentration

gingko bilibo is good for your memory if you can remember to take it lol. also take fish oil supplements

Omega 3 1,000mg capsules 1/2 a day. Alongside this a reasonably healthy diet and little alcohol. You will have to give the omega 3 a while to get into your system but take as a lifetime thing not just a few months. They have done studies over a 3 month period with children and it works.....

gingko baloba, available from health food shops and even some supermarkets I believe

gingko biloba

I treid omega three, but kept forgetting to take them.............lol
