Question: i dont think they do but i'm not sure

Answers: i dont think they do but i'm not sure

Carrots contain a large amount of vitamin A.

Vitamin A aids in night vision, and also is good for your skin and eyes

so in a way, yes :) it helps you like that

but too much can can give you headaches

bye :)

yes carrots do improve your eye vision. If you eat a lot of carrots you probably wont go blind! It also helps see better in the dark too.

They don't help with improving vision or seeing in the dark. I think they are just old tales. But, they're a good way to get kids to eat veggies!! :)

Its just a good source of vitamin A.

I don't think so but I think they can turn your skin an unhealthy orange if you don't eat them in moderation.

i dont think they help you see in the dark (maybe just a little) they mainly improve your vision..

Nightblindness is caused by a lack of vitamin A, which carrots have plenty of. So can we say it improves our vision to chomp carrots! Yes, indeed.

They can help. Your eyes need A-beta carotene especially for night vision. Too much can turn your skin orange temporarily. Even if it doesn't improve your sight it should help prevent further deterioration.
Also good for the eyes are vitamin E, bilberry, eyebright, lycopene, lutein and Zeaxanthin

it helps in keeping nessary vitamins in body, but no it does not help you to see at night, or see better in daytime.

Carrots, bilberries and blueberries are all good for your eye health and help to slow down further deterioration but they won't actually improve your vision.

They will temporarily improve your night vision so if you eat lots of carrots every day you should get maximum benefits. The temporary improvement in night vision ceases the moment you stop your high carrot consumption.
