I purchase the Now Foods brand from Lucky Vitamin. However, I am sure you can find tea tree oil in almost any health food store. Also, I am sure the other brands are good. I tend to, by Now Foods products, because I have developed confidence in the brand, and the prices are good.

Its very readily available in chemist's, health stores, some supermarkets and on-line. I found a great shop for essential oils on Ebay called Calmer Solutions. Great value and quick postage.
If you intend to apply this to body parts, I'd use no more than a 3% oil/water mix, and try it out in a small area first, where it won't show, if there is an adverse reaction.
