Lower blood pressure?!

Question: my blood pressure has been running high since my wife's death - they keep increasing my blood pressure meds (that I dont' want to be on) and I think a lot of it is just all the bottled up pain inside of me and the stress of being alone. My dog died also. I thought about getting a cat or dog but I am hoping to find work sometime and I dont' know if I am going to move or travel or stay here or whatever. I'm eating far less and balanced meals now, and I am exercising more than I ever have. As much as I can. I don't know what else to do. I guess I just need to have a good cry. I don't know. But men don't cry easily. I tend to hold it all in..It's getting pretty scary and I don't know what more I can do besides ask for prayer. I've done a lot of deep breathing and all that.
