On top of what the person above mentioned you can try taking St. Marys thistle, aka milk thistle. It will help youre liver and kidneys off load toxins much faster. Also add lemon into the water when you drink it and drink green tea. I could go on about kidney cleansing herbs but you prob dont have time to get them so if you can have fresh juices also with beetroot, lemon, carrot, apple and any greens (they are great blood cleansers) Good luck!
Do water therapy. Drink as much water as you can all day and do active exercise or running to sweat it out and keep drinking when you can... Make sure your drinking water is filtered, better if its ionized.
