Question: I am drinking a teaspoon before meals its nasty but I heard it helps with weightloss and has many other health benefits it just burns, or would it be better if I bought it from a health food store, I just got it in the vinegar section of the grocery store.

Don't drink normal grocery store vinegar, normal cider vinegar is so stripped down it has absolutely no health benefits. Only use Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother, this is the most powerful vinegar in the world. You can only get it at a health food store, unless your grocery store has it.
Here are some links to great apple cider vinegar books.

i would call your Dr, to ask before drinking it

It's not a "poison"...but why would you want to drink it? It's vinegar!

Yes, many weight loss clinics recommend Apple Cider Vinegar as an excellent diuretic, if you can stomach the taste. At least that is what I was told when I went to weight loss clinics. I would not lie to you about something like this. If you can put plain vinegar in your food, you can certainly put Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water or just take a teaspoon of it. Tastes yucky but it does make you run to the bathroom to pee a lot.

Vinegar is used in some recipes. No problem.

Vinegar diluted with water and a little baking soda added makes a refreshing bubbly drink.

It's fine. You can add things too it, such as cinnamon and orange juice. Or even an artificial sweetener.

Yes, what you get from the grocery store is okay. 1 tsp a day is sufficient. I would be better as organic, unfiltered from the health food store. My husband does it regularly, and adds it to apple juice (100%) to make it more palatable. My daughter and I just do it when we are feeling like we may get sick. She's drunk a whole juice glass full before - straight!

In between meals with plenty of water (say 2 glasses) is the best time to take it. This reduces damage to your teeth and also reduces the burning effect and weakens the awful taste.
