Go to a psychyatrist....It is completely confidential. they can help you tremendously!!!!!
If you want to do this on your own, cut the dosage gradually until you're not taking any. This will work and will prevent withdrawal symptoms. If you want to stop it cold turkey, you'll need the help of a physician if you are truly addicted to it.
You could try skullcap. It helped my husband with Xanax withdrawals. We used the tincture as the tea tastes pretty bad.
