I would recommend that you try yoga and try to meditate daily. Meditation has been proven to help reduce stress. Also, aromatherapy can help you tremendously. Pure essential lavender oil rubbed on your temples, perhaps while your meditating, can make a world of difference. It will keep you relaxed and reduce stress. When I was really stressed out, I would take a baseball bat and hit an old car that was in the drive way...(junk car) It made me feel a whole lot better and I did no particular harm to the car...

Try putting 2 - 3 drops of pure essential lavender oil into a warm bath and soaking in it for 20 minutes.......... other good essential oils for stress are Bergamot, chamomile, clary sage, frankincense, geranium, mandarn, marjoram and sandalwood.

Aromatic baths are an ideal way of using essential oils to alleviate stress, insomnia, depression and other stress related problems. In fact, it is very difficult to lie in warm, beautifully scented water and remain tense or miserable!!! Breathe slowly and gently. As you breathe in, feel the aromatic vapours entering every cell of your body and mind, collecting all negative, tense, tired feelings into a grey mist. As you breathe out, imagine the grey mist being breathed out.

After the bath, imagine all the tension and negative feelings running down the drain with the bath water....... :0)
