I dont do yoga nude because of the discomfort. Although I'm shure it is good for the skin, for clothes can cause stretch marks and keeps your fascial system from stretching out so that is can be smooth and healthy. This indeed especially as a workout with sweat can give you perfect and sexy skin like any other naked excercise would. As for with others I would say it would be considered a ritual to false gods. Especially sex and yoga witch is another concept being there are books onw how to perform such positions. Yoga was originally a way of religious submission in Hinduism. And to do this is public or with a personal trainer is illegal.
