I am a huge fan of herbal cures, truly, but I wouldn't risk it at this point. Kidney failure is a scary prospect. Hit the ER and pay off the bill a little at a time.

You better get to the doctor or you'll be on dialysis for the rest of your life.

Dialysis is a form of life support, btw. Way more expensive than a trip to the doctor. Wait any longer and you'll be in critical care at the hospital- 50 thousand dollars for a hospital stay versus 200 for a trip to the ER.

Well, you can take products to support the health of the Urinary Tract and/or Bladder health.... but that might not bring up your body's defenses enough to fight a full-blown infection.
Supplements are meant primarily has a preventative, not to repair damage, so it might not be strong enough and you might need to get an antibiotic.

If you would like to try your luck with supplements first to see if they can help enough, your best bet would be a good amount of Cranberry, D-Mannose, Juniper Berry, Corn Silk, Uva Ursi, and/or most of the B vitamins. Good luck!

TRY URIFLOW

You probably wont need surgery or anything like that although doctors might suggest it for no reason even if unecessary. You should get a check up and see if you need antibiotics, but in the meantime you can try and tough it out for a few days drinking lots of water. Either way you will need to take antibiotic medicine to fight the infection. It may just be a slight case of kidney stones. You really should get a check up though if the pain gets to a level where you cant stand up.

Cranberry juice - 100%, as pure as possible (most CJs have grape juice and apple juice added for sweetening).

Grapefruit seed extract pills. Take according to the dosage on the bottle, quite safe, if needed you can increase the dose a bit. Or you can do liquid - 10 drops diluted in 6 oz of water, swallow. Repeat 4-6 hours. We use GSE for infections since my son is allergic to antibiotics. It is our necessary alternative.

Lots of filtered water. NO Tylenol (acetaminophen), artificial sweeteners, ibuprofen. . .those are all stressful to the kidney.

Low acid foods.

CUT out all refined sugars! They feed infections and are immune suppressants.

Tea is good; green, chamomile, raspberry, pomegranate.

If you start to get a persistent high grade fever - 102 or higher - and severe pains, you need to get yourself to a health professional.

Dr. Schulze's Kidney cleanse will kill any kidney infection. Also take Sovereign Silver, that alone will kill the infection.
