Homeopaths do it every day. As do many other natural healers (such as those that float their hands over the body of a person claiming it helps them - a 9 year old proved that was rubbish).

As a primary drug researcher, I'm sickened by some of these responses. I do what I do to help people. It can take years to find a single possible drug treatment and then years to get it used as a medicine. Sometimes there are mistakes, but the vast amount of the thousands of drugs prescribed every day work wonders. I hope you pieces of sh!t actually get to put your money where your mouth is the next time you need a life saving medication that those evil drug pushing ER doctors give you. What will you say? No, I don't want that, I'd rather die?!?!
There are thousands of good drugs and all you scumbags can do is focus on the 3 or 4 that caused serious harm.

People who do this are sociopaths - people who have no moral code and do not have any empathy for others. They don't feel any of the pain they inflict on others, so they have no reason to stop or to change their behavior.

I always thought stealing from Charity was worse, but it's pretty hard to equivocate anything with what you see conventional doctors do to some of their patients every day.
pretty low I have just been in hospital , tv cost 5 quid a day and carparking was 5 quid a time ,there was a single mum who had 4 kids and was worried about the phone bill the kids were running up the phone bill trying to see how she was at 1.80 a minute phone call.
Its been done all the time by big pharmaceutical companies in so many ways, which cant even come to our mind.
I have found that many Western Doctors do actually scam money from sick folks. It is a crime and should be punished.
Not all doctors are thieves but some are. Not all homeopaths are crooked but some are. Not all posters here in Yahoo! Answers are flakes but SOME ARE!

Yes, it is evil! I think the MDs should all be thrown in jail for doing it! Legal drug dealing is evil. The FDA should be shut down for approving drugs that keep killing and maiming just so they can recall them after too many adverse reactions. The AMA should be closed for encouraging their use, and the pharma cos should be FINED every time they mislead the FDA into believing they have thoroughly test the drugs and they are Safe for use. Too many good people are being hurt and even killed by these scammers. You are onto something there, Morten.
