Go to the doctor to see if you have strept throat, then treat it with antibiotics.

TRY DRINK SOME TEAM WITH LEMON AND HONEY

drink hot tea or get in your car and drive to local walgreens or whatever to get yourself some if you want the situation to be solved.

warm water with honey or use warm milk.

usually niquil or dayquil work for me but also if you go to the doctor they know more than likely what is best for you.

Some tea with honey

Ok this is from one extreme to the other but they both help... a cup of hot tea, or a popsicle

Gargle with some warm salty water.

Have a spoonful of honey if you have any.

If you can find honey in the house, try to eat a teaspoon. Honey has been proven to have a soothing effect on sore throat and cough--in fact it is one of the ingredients in a lot of cough drops.

Well its just a sore throat so just don't stress it out by talking er yelling and it should be fine Avoid coffee qand other acidic liquids and use a scarf if its cold.

Gargle with warm salt water. It's nasty I know, but works well.

If you can't take that, honey works well to soothe sore throats a teaspoon should do for a sore throat. It will also quell a cough too.

Feel better soon. :)

-Rest your voice.
-Drink at least 8 glasses of fluids a day. Warm drinks with honey and lemon are particularly soothing.
-Gargle with a salt solution. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of water, gargle for 20-30 seconds and spit it out.
