This will draw toxins out of your body. You should also increase the frequency of your bowel movements to dispell and clean out your Colon, which is ESSENTIAL to detoxifying. Industrialized cultures are so constipated with toxins it's no wonder way disease is a 50/50 chance. Americans especially need the most powerful cleanses in the world because our food has the most chemicals. First is a colon cleans, this should be the first cleans you do, how could anyone get toxins out if the exit is clogged up. Then would be a liver cleans, followed by a kidney cleans. I would only trust cleanses that have healed people from disease, most cleanses aren't powerful enough because either they are made with poor ingredients or they haven't been fine tuned by trial and error by the doctors.
