Any tips or remedes for constipation???!

Karo Syrup, prunes, mom mixed with warm prune juice. Mineral oil, Fleets enema, Magnesium of Citrate, good luck

Eating more fiber will help you retain more fluid in your stool. Fiber comes from many sources: veggies, fruits, whole wheat cereals.

you should be getting about 30 grams of fiber daily to make sure u are regular. Also make sure u drink about 6 glasses of water per day. If you are not having a bowel movement once a day or so, then you are constipated. try even taking a walk as this can loosen up your stools.

lots of good advice but if the problem has been going on for awhile it may be time to talk with your doctor who may have more advice as there are lots of things you can and should do. I am having lots of soups at present as this increases fluid intake and vegetables apart from just tasting great---good way to start a meal.

I am suffering from it myself. All the tips that have being given are fine. They work fine. But my doctor says the condition can worsen if you have some mental stress. So don't take tension.
