I would guess one or two .... read the box does the label say
i think one pack has 1,000 mg of vitamin c. if you are sick, it's ok to take 2,000 mg in one day. but not everyday, just the first day that you are really sick. you really shouldn't have more than one pack a day. too much of any vitamin is not good for you.
You should never take too many vitamins, partically vitamin D and B etc as they can kill you in excess.
i only use one at a time, and usually need them badly due to working hard and sweating out all my nutrients. you can do them several times a day though. check the ingredients - don't have a packet with me - and see how much compared to usrda. the c can be taken in pretty large dose. cut back amount if you get diarrhea - c will cause diarrhea in high doses.
