Question: The usual time period is about 4-6 six weeks. However, I do believe that it depends on the quality of the supplements that you are using. We

WILL IS A MORON It depends on the supplement . for example after taking larger doses of VitA for 40 years now at 65 my skin is wrinkle free. On the other hand if you take fish oil for pain and inflammation it could take weeks to a month. Alpha lipoic acid to stop diabetic neuropathy pain takes 2 or 3 days to work. ginger stops nausea very quickly. so there is no pat answer.

Depends on the supplement. When I started vitamin c I didn't see any effects for six months. When I started taking the Ambrotose I saw the effects within 10 days, when I started the Coenzyme CQ10 I didn't see any results for 10 weeks. So it really depends on what you are taking a supplement for.

depends drastically on the product and its target: A b vitamin or energy tonic might have a noticeable effect n 2-3 days (if not immediately), whereas fish oils may take 4-6 weeks to see improvement in arthiritis and joint pain...
