Question: Nytol herbal is absoultely useless, & I haven't tried anything else...

or type in calcium citrate in search)http://www.nutricentre.com/Products/Prod...

PS> the effects might not be immidtate or have a knock out effect but in the long run you'll notice it).

cammomile tea is supposed to help you sleep.

5htp - L-5-Hydroxytryptophan - it's an amino acid. Take 50-100mg last thing at night with a carbo snack or some milk (preferably warm). It helps you to fall asleep and improves the quality of that sleep. You don't wake up feeling groggy either. It's very good and safe. I've been taking it for about 7 months now.
