Question: do any of you know what to take when your acid level is high.. my daugher is 21 and has no health in.. and right now i can not afford to take her to the doctor.. she already has so many er bills she can not pay.. what other than tums can she take..right now it is not helping her

Tums are just calcium and magnesium, so sometimes if the tums are working Liquid calcium will work better and faster.
A very simple easy to digest diet should be adpoted for a min of two weeks. The diet should be rich in alkaline foods which basically means fruit and veg. but even just rice might be nessasary for a bit. Avoid stress, eat when relaxed.

Try to see a nat health practitioner who works with diet.
slippery elm can also be very helpful and healing.
acidophilus will also help.
Research everything on your own, ask lots of questions, go bug healthfood store staff for info don't feel pressured to buy no matter how good the sales pitch until you have resaerched it and feel comfortable.
