Question: Vicodin will begin to work within 20 minutes. Be very careful and take it only as precribed. I became addicted to vicodin and vicoprofen for 5 years. I loved that it made my pain completely go away and was able to function. But don't use it for an extensive amount of time. I'm not preaching because some people can take it with no incidence and need this drug to live daily. I just wanted to say be cautious and take good care of yourself. Good Luck!
