Answers: coz my eyes are getting worse.... i hope there is a way

You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I started doing eye exercises some time ago to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises - http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

Other people have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at:

I have actually had a little improvement, but I haven't been consistent with the exercise, so I have probably negated any good that I had done.

Here are some articles with some useful tips:

And here is a good vitamin/nutrient supplement for your eyes:

Hope this helps...

lasek surgery? It can get you back to 20/20(in most cases)

well naturally(on their own) they can improve a little. otherwise theres contacts, glasses, or surgery ( such as lasik, PRK, etc)

i dont think so... if u r in ur teens or so.. ur eye keeps on growin so ur eyesight is most likely to get worse until ur 20s... if ur older than that... ur eyesight is probably deteriorating slightly... either way dont worry about it... there are solutions to help u

get specs. gawd.

probably if you wear glasses long enough

just do not neglect your depleting eye-sight...
go to an ophthalmologist and get suitable glasses... at the earliest...
you may later-on explore possibilities of any surgery... or any thing else like contact lens... as you have to have your glasses all the time with you...

can with the help of yoga. everyday practie trataka practice and some eyes exercises.

Yes, there are books and programs that show you specific eye exercises to strengthen and improve eye site.

Depends on your age and what the problem is. Many young people are told to wear glasses to read or watch TV in their teens because of "presbicia" (eyestrain, tired eyes). If they do that, often when they've finished growing they don't need glasses anymore.

Cataracts can be removed by surgery. Implants to replace the lost cornea can be inserted, correcting most eye problems.

If it's a problem such as strabismus (crosseyed) or its opposite, early surgery in childhood can correct this.

Many people can have myopia (nearsightedness) or hypermetropia (longsightedness) corrected with laser surgery.

You should see an opthalmologist, not just an optometrist, and discuss your problem and its options. Have your eyes checked every year, as well, to keep your prescription up to date, if surgery isn't an option.

Yes, I think so - but that's just my opinion.

I am nearsighted, and for as long as I can remember, I could not see the alarm clock at night unless I got a few inches away from it. But, I started taking a nutritional supplement (for my health in general), and even though it provides a great deal of beta carotene, I didn't expect any changes with my eyesight. The idea of Lasik literally freaked me out, and contacts were never comfortable.

Well, I'm happy to report that after 3 months on this supplement, I woke up one morning (pitch dark) and "SAW THE ALARM." Whoa! What a surprise!! Now, if I wake up in the middle of the night - I can't wait to look at the time.

So, I'm not saying that it was this product, but if it were, it is quite coincidental - but exciting. You should look into something like this.

One naturopathic doctor I know said absolutely NOT when I asked. But, I have recently heard good reports from the new eye exercise plan - which I don't know the name of or have the link. . . sorry. Maybe someone else will give that.

But, my answer is ABSOLUTELY YES! We have a daughter who was supposed to wear glasses for life. At 13 yo she decided that she no longer wanted to wear glasses. She prayer her way out of them in 3 months - much to the surprise of her very well respected optometrist. Daughter's eyes were actually, physically misshapen before she prayed!

Never underestimate the power of prayer.

Eat lots of spinach and other greens and blueberries.
