I'm a bartender and this is probably my most asked question.

for starters, eat some bread, force it down if you have to. Putting something solid in you is a must. (if you can't hold it down, wait a bit, and try again)

Alka Seltzer morning relief also does wonders.

(best idea for avoiding hangovers in the future though, if you can remember it while smashed, is to have a large glass of water and an aspirin -before- you pass out)

Drink a lot of water.

Hangovers are from your body being dehydrated. The faster you get liquids- gatoraid, water, etc - into your body, the faster you'll feel better.

ooooh dear. That sounds rough. First of all, I think you need to get yourself home as you have been throwing up. DONT TAKE head ache tablets as you they go to your liver which probably pickled today! Have sips of water (to rehydrate your brain), eat plenty of carbs AND GET SOME REST.

Best way to get over a hangover, is to not drink, then you don't need too worry about it. They say eat bananas..........

At this point it is too late.

Drink lots of water and eventually, you will recover.

Basically what happend is: you poisoned your body.

If you like to drink lots, in the future taking B vitamins and drinking lots of water can reduce it. My advice is: learn not to binge drink.

Coconut water works great.

Sounds like poisoned... Try Gatorade... It rehydrates faster and balance the electrolytes in your system. When you stop throwing up, try a banana and then some chiken noodles soup (fresh is better, not from a can). Good luck and just take the day off. Next time, leave it for the weekend when you can spend the day in bed. I hope you had fun !
