Has anyone successfully used Vitex Agnus/ Cactus to conceive? And what form - ta!

Agnus Castus (chaste tree) works by regulating the hormones and a naturopath will decide if thats best for you by what youre hormone test says.
I recently had a hormone test done. I have high testosterone and very low eostragen. I was taking a supplement that was contributing to raising my testerosterone without realising it which would then contribute to me not being able to conceive. I was then prescribed herbs to lower my testosterone and increase my eostragen. Up till then i was self prescribing not realising the stong effect herbal supplements can have on youre system.
Every woman is different and for something like this you need a professional to prescribe. My naturopath prescribed Shatavari to help with fertility and Peonia to regulate my hormones and some other supplements, and because my hormones were so out of wack I wouldnt have been able to conceive no matter how hard I tried. And while Agnus Castus can help with some woman conceive it may not help you.
Some naturopaths will make a herbal concoction with about 6 herbs in it designed especially for you. And yes, there has been many good reports!
