Natural remedy for atheletes foot reoccuring?!

Question: I heard someone mixing 1/2 water 1/2 H2O2 and spray on feet. Let dry. Do each night until gone.

PS - Don't believe the urine idea. Urine is usually what causes athlete's foot inthe first place. (Peeing in a shared shower, gym, roomies, etc.)

try putting tea tree oil on it twice a day. Good luick!!!

This may sounds really gross but I swear i have been told by people that it works. I have never had athlete's foot before but this is just what I have been told. If you use your urine and pour it on you foot it is a natural cure. I have even been told this by someone who is from the Virgin Island. Human urine can be used a a natural remedy for many things. It's something in urine that kills certain infections.

-Soak feet in a very warm solution of one part of white vinegar to four part of water for 20-30 minutes twice a day.
-Wear socks made from natural fibers and change them at least once a day.
-Wear well-ventilated shoes made from natural rather than synthetic materials; open-toed sandals are particularly good.

Ok, I'm not quite sure what you're asking but if you want a natural remedy for a reoccuring athlete foot problem you might want to buy some tea tree oil and place a few drops into a tub of water and soaking your feet in them. You can also buy creams containing tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is supposed to be very good at killing germs and bacteria. You can find them online or at health food markets.

At night, rub some Vicks Vapor Rub ( the rub you use for coughing ) onto your feet and cover them with socks. Do this for a few nights and see if there's any improvement.
