i agree w/ "the-only...". Use what works best for you. Trial and error. (in the hospital i work at, we give Protonix.)
which ever one works for you, they all work in essentially the same way, to inhibit the production of acids.
Prilosec, Protonix, and Zantac only mask symptoms.
You need to treat the underlying problem, which I know from personal experience, is most often a poor diet.
See a holistic or oriental medicine practitioner, but until then, baking soda & water for heartburn.
