Yoga

Playing games.

Think of what made you happy before you were completely stressed and try doing those things.

Have some friends over for movie night, or whatever you like to do.

go to central bank n try to kidnap the chief.. if done... i think stress gone forever ya.. pmpl

go to sleep. its a stress reliever

reading helps and you can go to the library. Unless your books are over due it does not cost. They even have books on dealing with stress although a light romance or science fiction may be more enjoyable and at least provide some escape ? relief ? so good luck and go to it......the sooner the better

A nice walk .wrap up warm ,survey all about you,Home a nice cup of tea or coffee,Try and read a good Book and CHILL.

I'm just assuming that since you have a computer with internet you also have speakers that are connected to your computer?

Go to www.inthegym.net and find a music playlist that you like get pumped and do a workout. Exercise is a really good stress reliever for me. Actually it's one of the only things that really can help me with that right now while I have no girlfriend.

Pullin your cork always helps too...

huh well I went to it a couple of weeks ago and I only really went to one playlist But I went to it a few minutes ago to check out the other lists and most of them have only thirty seconds of music per song... like... a sample. anyways. Try working out either way.
download Songbird it's pretty cool you can just search and play music and download it too. it's like limewire and all those others except you can hear the music before you download it.
I think you can use your iPod withit instead of iTunes which is pretty cool. you just download the add-ons.

I hate to be brief, but try singing. If you can't sing - hum. This has helped me deal with a lot of things - stress only one of them. Gregorian chant is absolutely the best.

You can deal with stress for no money with these exercises and enjoy a normal healthy life.You will feel the benefits after 8 days, but continue the pranayam once a day.Help someone else after you feel better.
The pranayam techniques:
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, rest and resume after 1 minute.
Bhastrika - Take a long deep breath into the lungs(chest not tummy) via the nose and then completely breathe out through the nose.Duration upto 5 minutes.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
