Juice fasting, But I have no Juicer!?!?!
Question: I want to do a juice fast while my husband is in the field this month, he'll be gone for over 20 days. But, I have been reseraching it, and everything says it's best to Juice your own veggie's, but I dont' have a juicer, and I can't afford one. I read that V8 isn't good to use because it has juice pulp and tomato past in it, and the fast needs Only juice. And I have also read that Bottled Veggi' juices don't have the nutrients I will need for a proper Detox. I know that Fresh juice is best for fasting and Detox, But is there anything else I can use for it since Fresh squeezed isn't an option? Maybe a certian brand of vegi juice that I don't know about?

Go to a thrift store I just bought my juicer there for 4.99 and so far it works great. Fresh juice is always the best way.

There are 2 places I'd go if I was you...
To an organic area of a supermarket that specialize with natural/healthy veggie/fruits...juices too...and there are a few very good juices that are 100% fresh squeezed that we get by "Simply Orange" and "Simply Apple" that are at a regular supermarket right next to Tropicana and other brands...excellent...with no preservatives or additives...and without the work of squeezing or purchasing a juicer!
in nys we have bolthouse which is good and in wauldbaums in the fresh fruit area is where the drinks are they have all these drinks that are awesome im trying to think of the name ok found it its called odwalla its awesome check this out and see where u have them

you only need a plastic squeezer for orange juice but better still why not eat the whole thing this goes with vegetables too--- it's a lot better for you and no one has tampered with it. You can eat it raw or cooked
If it is in a bottle or can,it aint fresh or pure.
