Has anybody used LunaSom PM as a sleep aid?!
Question: I just got some, and I don't know if it's the kind of pill that takes a few uses to start working or if it starts working the first night you take it. I was just looking for some feedback on how other people liked it any any benifits/problems they have found with it. Thanks for any input!!!!

I just started using it. Its great, no grogginess at all. And I remember my dreams in detail.
Not me... sorry, I don't know if it will work.
I have tried a lot of different pills for my lack of sleep but I haven't tried that one. Sorry. Currently I'm taking a product called SnoozeEase. It is working great for me. I don't feel wiped out the next morning and I actually feel refreshed when I wake up. It did however take a few days for the potency to take effect. But it was worth it to me.
