I know how you feel I am only now just beginning to feel better after three weeks ,I couldnt face food ,everything tasted salty ,I had the runs ,Sneezing and a bunged up nose ,But I wasent sick,And I felt so down in the dumps ,there is not a lot you can do but let it run its course ,Take painkillers drink plenty of water and I had Orange juice for the Vitiman C,Plenty of Sleep and if you have a partner cuddle up to them ,I am on my own ,and only had my dog to talk to lol

Tonics stopped being discussed as medically relevant about 40 years ago. There are still a number of quack remedies sold in the pharmacy that bear this obsolete description. Most contain mixtures of vitamins, despite the fact that we now know that exceeding RDA is pointless.

I have found Oscillococcinum to be incredibly helpful in the rare instances I've ever come down with the flu. It takes days off the amount of time I normally would have suffered. It has also been found that homemade chicken soup with lots of garlic, parsley and dill helps, too, as does tons of sleep. Four years ago, I got the flu so badly that my hair literally was hurting. I've never had bone aches so bad in my life, high fever, complete weakness, couldn't even lift my head off the pillow for a days. These and plenty of fluids helped me.

Hi,
My recommendation is AyurCold for Cold & Flu Relief from INDIA HERBS.

All herbal remedies are produced in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) Certified Pharmaceutical facility and meet FDA requirements.
