loads of fruit. and water.

Eat foods high in fiber: lots of veggies, fruits, & whole grains. Drink LOTS of water. Get more exercise. Unfortunately it is just that simple---& just that complicated. We all want a magic wand instead of taking responsibility for the situation ourselves. I'm currently doing the exact things i just told you, trying to straighten myself out, too.

whole bag of dried apricotes, that will do the trick trust me. eg 200grams of them.

eat prunes, the ones that are in the jar....I don't know what about them but they work for my dad, also keep some air freshner handy for the next person going it causes it stinks...

warm prune juice, water, and fiber. exercise. soap suds enema or digital removal if no results in three days. you can actually die from being full of "it" so whatever it takes get it out.

peppermint essential oil particulary good mix a couple of drops into almond oil and rub onto tummy. make sure you rub from your right to your left to aid your intestines natural flow.

water, water, water, water, water, and then more water. it sounds crazy, but it really works!

drink LOTS OF 7up it flushes out

cooked prunes or apricots in the mourning will help,go lightly -3-4 to start. start on your weekend. 24-36 hrs is about the time it works for a lot of people.

I have recently added Salba to my diet. I add it to cereal, baking.. anything and it helps me a lot! A friend recently told me about it.

There is a supplement called SmoothFood2 made by New Chapter. It a probiotic (healthy intestinal flora that regulates all digestive functions) and mucilaginous herbs and food, such as okra. It's organic, gentle, effective, and helps to fix the source of the problem. I work in an herbal store and have had great feedback on this product.

flax seed, mix it into a drink

epsom salt....a little goes a long way.

First of all, you'll likely make more progress by relaxing than you will by straining, so be sure you aren't rushed/you have enough privacy when you do try to go. Try the "traditional" remedies like prune juice, fruit, excercise, Epsom salt (mix it with water and drink it), massaging your belly, etc. to see if they help. I don't recommend using laxatives or enemas without a doctor's advice, since these can be potentially harmful, especially if you use them so often you become dependent. However, if this problem goes on for more than a few days, seeing a doctor may be your safest option; the last thing you want is a fecal impaction, which can painful and embarrassing to fix.

Try Aloe (laxative), Bildo (laxative), Elderberry (laxative), or Fenugreek (treats constipation).

a spoonful of freash cream and honey empty stomache every morning
