Is it safe to take menthol crystals when pregnant?!
Question: Doesn't say anything on the bottle as its tiny anyway and I don't have the box they came in, in case it said it wasnt safe.

i can't see them doing any harm, but if you're not sure ask the chemist.

erm what to sniff them in hot water if you have a cold i would say yes coz its only like vicks rub or albas oil.
only use a small amount tho.
or ask the chemist?
