You need a carminative herb or herb tea..first check out this website

here are a few excerpts--

General Instructions: There are a number of herbs that will help relieve gas. Some of the best are wild yam, celery seed tea, and peppermint or spearmint teas.

Carminative teas are specifics for the stomach area to soothe the flatulent condition and to correct the digestive functions. Golden seal with myrrh is an excellent stomach tonic. [SNH p.24]

then go here... this is a good site and here are some suggestions and some more carminative herbs..look at the list below..many of commonly known herbs and spices

PH_GP_3leaves Assorted carminative herbs. Any herb that soothes the digestive tract and has a reputation for minimizing flatus is known as a carminative.

Dozens of herbs fall into this category, so it's hard to highlight just a few. The most helpful are those containing the most gas-relieving chemicals, most notably the compounds camphor, carvone, eugenol, menthol and thymol. These compounds are especially concentrated in allspice, cloves, cornmint, caraway, dill, fennel, horsebalm, peppermint, sage and thyme.

In addition, most of the herbs in the mint and carrot families are good carminatives, including aniseed, basil, bergamot, camomile, cinnamon, coriander, garlic, ginger, hyssop, juniper, lavender, lemon, marjoram, nutmeg, onion, oregano, rosemary, savory and tarragon.Try using carminative herbs to flavor starchy dishes, especially those made with beans.

You can also deflate flatus with my Carminatea, made with chamomile, caraway, dill, fennel, lemon balm (also known as melissa) and peppermint and sweetened with licorice.

here is a definition and some categories of various herbs
http://meadowherbs.com/actions.htm

Carminative herbs or spices will help relieve gas. They stimulate the digestive system and help to relax the stomach.

also when eating beans, use beano prior to eating them

beans

Try potatoes or a fruit called a persimmon.

Maybe oatmeal and other fiber filled foods

Slow boil, covered, a half-ounce of fennel seed for half an hour. Leave lid on, and let cool. Drink cold, a teaspoon at a time, up to a cup a day. It should help. Fennel seed is usually available in the grocery store spice section.

If you want to avoid gas,
don't mix sugar with food.
drink clean liquids.
and be "regular."
Sugar causes food to ferment and then rot in your intestines. Water keeps things running smoothly. Being regular keeps food from hanging out inside of you and giving sugar less reason to cause problems.

You can try "Beano." It's an enzyme derived from a fungus (I think, not positive) that counteracts gas. You can find it at natural food stores. It's a natural alternative.
